Motivated

Last night when i'm about to sleep i promise myself to be more motivated and inspired today. I came to office today with full of energy and happy . I hope its remain till the end of the day.amin.

I started the day with

I dont please people

i have just received my increment half an hour ago. I am feeling very grateful and thankful to Allah for this present after one year been working here.Alhamdulillah.My boss, before he handed me the letter, said that two person will evaluate my performance starting today which are him and the manager. HAHAA very funny do i care about that? who do u think you are? for your info, i dont need to please both of u in order for me to get the increment.All this while i do my job for Allah , not to show i'm good or what but this is real.if i please you Mr Boss, i'll become more tension why?because u like to curse people.hmm u think people can stand on your cursing everytime u get mad?crazy..Me? i have to be more patient because i keep thinking that this is part from Allah's test to me.I can resign at any time i like because i cant stand anymore with your cursing.But, i still here to assist you so that your jobs are clear n smooth.i just ignore those cursing words although its hurt me enough.So please la,when the right time comes, i have to leave you..May Allah bless me Amin..this is my prayer all this while..

selalu aku dengar hal hal berkaitan tikam belakang kat tempat kerja or politik kotor ni.Sejak aku belajar lagi. Mula2 memang macam xnak percaya ye la kalu ikut aku nk buat apa main kotor or tidak amanah kat tmpat kerja sebab hasilnya nanti ko nak makan ,derma nak buat ibadah so kena buat kerja bersih jangan main kotor. Tapi aku selalu doa hindarkan aku dlm golongan itu. Makcik aku adalah salah seorang mangsa politik kotor di tempat kerjanya sehingga dia berhenti.banayak nasihat kat aku supaya berhati hati dengan golongan tersebut.alhamdulillah aku pegang nasihat die.

one of my friends wants to resign from this company. why?she was pressured by the upper level because of simple mistake that "we' dont really understand. In fact she was asked by the higher authority to say sorry to her boss why? her boss did her job while she took EL on the next day. hahaha it was so funny ok. a day before, my friend came to me and cried. she told me everything. i cant make any judgment but the auditor asked about the file she gave the file to them. was it wrong? they are the auditors. her boss always busy with 'something' .since the day 1 auditors came, she always not in the office.let my friend entertain the auditors. thus , she simply put the blame on my friend. i cant really understand why this happen? you should check any secret document from being known by the auditors. dont blame others for that. you are the manager you know what's secret and what's not. i tell my friend dont give up continue your job as usual although she has written the resignation letter.

For me, i take it as lesson and i pray to Allah avoid me from this thing. i believe that do your job at very best inshaAllah you will safe. i hold abah's word dont do your job for people but do your job sincerely because of Allah. it comes with a package, Allah recognizes your job and later people will see your ability and skill. Believe me. it really works. For my friend, be strong dear there is HIKMAH behind all these(she faces a lots of difficulties with her boss throughout this year). Allah knows. Be patient that the best i could say to you (you dont read this blog i know) deep inside my heart i pray the best for you. May u get better job after this.
